Write one leaf about looking at the sky.

I rarely have a chance to look up at the sky, but when I do, my thoughts pile up on top of each other and overwhelm me. It leaves me feeling heavy. It’s almost as if all of my promise and potential is stuck up there. I see my dreams up in the clouds looking down on me, completely out of reach. Perhaps that’s why I tend to keep my head down. I don’t want to look at all the hope that’s escaped me. I don’t want to see all the potential that’s been sucked up and wasted, these pieces of me that slip away into the quiet chaos of the sky, soaring to great heights and then fading out into some unseen aerial space. Most people look to sky for guidance and inspiration. They see it’s vastness as a symbol of all the endless possibilities that are out there. For me it’s just a void where the possibilities are lost.
